Why work with me?
I am an INTJ personality and offer individual, specific, sport, exercise, and health science teaching, testing and coaching.
Using my background combined with ongoing PhD research, I have gained personal experience with most sports, short-course events, marathons, ultramarathons, multi-week cycling, Ironman triathlons and the 7 marathons in 7 days challenge.
The goal of the EASYREP approach is to enhance strength and endurance.
Working with each individual to provide scientific feedback to support athletic development.

EASYREP
This approach has been developed by applying evolutionary principles in training, while using the latest technology to support everyday wellbeing.
The 80:20 principle is not an optimal training plan for every endurance athlete but a good base for the recreationally active individual. Carbohydrate intake for athletic performance is individual and discipline-specific.
Independent research and evidence-based practice mean the take home messages and strategies are simple, and free from external influence.
